- What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Money Orders are acceptable forms of payment for U.S. buyers. We will only accept Paypal for international buyers with confirmed addresses. If sending a money order, we suggest sending it certified to ensure it's arrival. We cannot be responsible for lost mail. back to top
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For the most common countries we ship to, shipping is calculated for you when you choose the country name. If you do not see your international country name listed, choose "other" and we will send you a new invoice with the S/H. Packages under 4 pounds are shipped via Global Priority where available or Airmail Letter Post (if Global Priority is not an option). Packages over 4 are shipped via Airmail Parcel Post. Please email us if you would like insurance added or prefer a different method of shipping such as EMS. back to top
- How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping and handling costs are based on weight(s) of the item(s). Please email us if you have any concerns about the shipping cost that was calculated by the site. back to top
- What happens if you don't have an item in stock when I place my order and I already paid for it?
Out of Stock Policy: The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock," we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks. back to top
- Should I email you first before submitting my order to make sure the item is in stock?
Although we update the site almost daily, it wouldn't hurt to email us first since many items are rare and not available for re-order. If more than one person inquires about the same product, the person that submits the order first will have 7 days to submit payment before the item is offered to the next person. back to top
- The items I want don't weigh much. (ex: cards, pin) Can I get a better shipping choice?
We recommend First Class shipping on small items. First Class is for packages weighing less than 13 ounces, so if the total weight goes over, the site will upgrade the shipping cost to cover another method. Email if you have any questions. back to top
- How quickly will my item be shipped to me?
Orders are shipped as soon as possible. (Usually within 10 business days) We will email you if your item is expected on the next shipment of anime goods we have ordered. Pre-Orders are shipped as soon as the item(s) arrive(s). back to top
- How do I check on the shipping status of my item(s)?
If available, a delivery confirmation number is emailed to you once the package is shipped. You may check on the status of the delivery using this "tracking number" at www.usps.com or www.ups.com back to top
- What is the refund / exchange / warranty policy?
No refunds, no exchanges, no warranties. back to top
- What should I do if my item(s) is damaged when it arrives?
Although items are packed VERY well, mishandling by the post office can occur. Please contact us about the damage ONLY if you purchased insurance. There are no refunds or exchanges on items damaged due to postal service mishandling. If insurance was purchased, we will submit the insurance claim to the postal service on your behalf and refund the amount awarded by the postal service when it arrives.
